8. Security & Cyber Protection
While we implement industry‑standard security measures, no system is completely immune to cyber threats. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure environments and reporting suspicious activity immediately.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
9.1 Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel services at any time by contacting our support team. Some services may require a notice period depending on the plan or contractual agreement.
9.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for prepaid services only if:
